Referral
For appointments with our Urology Specialists, we request that you or your referring Doctor, please send us your referral letter.
Tests
Investigation reports or blood tests that may be relevant, prior to your appointment date. Please bring with you, your Medicare card or any other relevant health care cards.
On the day
Please bring with you, your Medicare card or any other relevant health care cards.
If you are a Healthcare, Pension or DVA card holder, please inform us when booking your appointment.
